I most enjoy solving hard problems and reimagining existing solutions to fit new needs. Whenever possible, I rely on reaserch and analytical data. This approach is rooted in my background in biology, where understanding cause and effect is essential.
I’m particularly interested in medtech and finance products. My background in biology (lab and academic work) and personal experience with investing make me especially interested in these areas.

Initiative
I don’t wait for tasks. I often bring ideas together with a first version of a solution. For example, I introduced the ORCA framework for more complex projects and started experimenting with AI-supported research.

I care about how things actually work, not just how they look. I can read HTML and CSS, and I enjoy learning how things are built. Recently, I’ve been exploring vibe coding – this portfolio is one of the results.

As a former editor, I focus on clarity, structure, and plain language. In my current role, I introduced AI assistants to help teams maintain consistent Tone of Voice and improve accessibility.

It may sound cliché, but I take it seriously. Without continuous learning, there is no progress. In biology, this is known as the Red Queen effect – you have to keep moving just to stay in place.

I want my work to matter. I’m looking for problems worth solving and products aligned with my values. I wouldn’t be a good fit for betting platforms or non-sustainable e-commerce.

People
I care about how teams work together. I regularly organize small seasonal gatherings for my team to strengthen collaboration, trust, and communication. From time to time, I also invite colleagues from outside the organization, turning meetings into informal meetups.
